Rebuilding Connection.
Restoring Communication.
Gaining clarity and finding alignment .

A space to reconnect—through the conflict, through the silence, and back to each other.

Every relationship faces moments of tension, distance, and uncertainty. Whether you're navigating constant arguments, struggling to communicate, or simply feeling like something’s off, couples therapy offers more than a tune-up… it offers transformation.

The Love Blueprint

Brandon provides a steady, culturally-attuned, and compassionate presence to help couples move from disconnection to deeper understanding. His work is rooted in direct, honest communication and an unwavering belief in the potential of relational repair.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, all it takes is one partner saying, “We deserve better than this,” and a willingness to begin again, together.

Breakdown of Couples Therapy

Communication

In this phase, we focus on building the foundation of any healthy relationship:

  • By helping individuals learn to listen to understand, instead of just to respond.

  • Learning to understand each others' communication styles.

  • Express appreciation

  • Clearly express your thoughts/feelings.

  • Incorporate “I” statements.

  • Learning how to provide feedback in a healthy manner.

  • How to navigate honest conversations about difficult topics such as finances, family, etc.

Clarity

In this phase, we focus on:

  • Improving perspective taking.

  • Establishing boundaries.

  • Identifying shared vision(s) for your relationship.

  • Navigating how to identify and verbalize individual emotional and physical needs.

  • Understanding each others’ attachment styles and conflict styles.

  • Find agreement in relationship priorities.

Connection

In this phase, we focus on:

  • Creating rituals for connection.

  • How to support each others’ individual growth.

  • Learn how to create an environment of safety so each party can learn to be vulnerable.

  • Learn how to keep “having fun” together.

How We Heal in Relationship
