Individual
Therapy for Adults

You can do anything, but not everything alone.

You can do anything, but not everything alone.

You can do anything, but not everything alone.

This is a space made just for you… your story, your pace, your process.

At K&B Therapy, we offer one-on-one therapy that honors the complexity of your experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, trauma, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, we’re here to support you through it.

Our work is rooted in the power of storytelling, cultural humility, and a deep belief that healing starts when you feel safe enough to be fully seen.

Because Life said,
It’s time to get real.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or trauma, or looking to strengthen your relationships—we create space for healing, growth, and connection.

  • Therapy for Anxiety

A space where you can finally, be.

Not the version that’s holding it all together.

Not the one who’s always “fine.”

Just you—unfiltered, honest, and human.

At K&B Therapy, we meet you with curiosity, cultural humility, and compassion. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all healing. We believe in slowing down, listening closely, and building something real—together.

Whether you’re stepping into therapy for the first time or returning with new insight, this is your space to land, explore, and reconnect.

What we Support at
K&B Therapy:

  • You’re always “on”—thinking ten steps ahead, overanalyzing every detail, trying to keep it all under control. Maybe it shows up as tightness in your chest, trouble sleeping, or an inability to slow your thoughts. Whether it’s high-functioning anxiety or moments of panic, we’re here to help you explore the roots, reconnect with your body, and create space to breathe again—without having to be in survival mode all the time.

  • You keep pushing through, even when you're running on empty. You’ve taken care of everyone else—at work, at home, in your community—but the cost has been your own well-being. Burnout isn’t just about being tired; it’s about feeling emotionally depleted, disconnected from joy, and unsure how to replenish yourself. In therapy, we help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and rediscover what balance and care look like for you.

  • Some experiences stay with us long after they’re over. Maybe your body flinches even when your mind says you’re safe. Maybe certain memories are hard to talk about—or hard to remember at all. We work gently with trauma, whether it’s tied to childhood, relationships, systemic oppression, or cultural wounds. Using trauma-informed practices, we help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of your healing process.

  • There’s a unique kind of pressure that comes with being “the first.” First to go to therapy. First to go to college. First to challenge generational norms. The path can feel both empowering and lonely. We specialize in supporting first-generation individuals navigating bicultural identity, familial expectations, and the quiet grief of outgrowing what once kept you safe. You don’t have to carry it all alone.

  • Who are you, really, when you’re not being everything for everyone else? So many of our clients have spent years navigating cultural expectations, code-switching, or chasing perfection in order to feel “enough.” If you struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling like an imposter in your own life, this is a space to explore your identity on your own terms—and build confidence from the inside out.

  • Endings, beginnings, and everything in between. Whether you’re starting a new chapter or closing one you never expected, transitions can bring grief, fear, and the need to rediscover who you are. We support clients through breakups, career changes, new parenthood, loss, relocation, or simply feeling like life is shifting faster than you can process. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

  • You keep attracting the same kinds of relationships—or losing yourself in them. Maybe it’s staying in situationships, avoiding vulnerability, or giving more than you receive. Relationships can be one of our greatest mirrors. In therapy, we explore how your early experiences shaped the way you love and connect, and how to shift those patterns so you can build relationships that feel reciprocal, safe, and aligned.

  • Not all depression looks like sadness. Sometimes it looks like shutting down, going through the motions, or feeling nothing at all. You may feel disconnected from your own joy, your relationships, or your purpose. We meet you in that space—with gentleness and no pressure to be anywhere else. Together, we’ll move at your pace to help you reconnect with meaning, energy, and yourself.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself on a deeper level—therapy can be the space where things begin to shift. At K&B Therapy, we meet you with care, realness, and cultural respect. This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have had to set aside just to keep going.

Let’s begin the work—together.
