Kaelly Arellano-Bendana is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and passionate advocate for mental health within Latinx communities, with a special focus on supporting “the strong ones” — individuals who quietly carry the weight of their families and communities while striving for personal growth and resilience. As a first-generation Latina, therapist, and entrepreneur, Kaelly combines lived experience with clinical expertise to empower those who often feel pressured to be unwavering pillars of strength.
Kaelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s degree in Social Welfare from UCLA. She brings a breadth of experience spanning inpatient medical social work to outpatient, school-based, and community mental health services.
Her approach to therapy blends storytelling, strengths based approach, and brainspotting, delivered with compassion, cultural humility, and a commitment to breaking stigma..
