Marital/Couples therapy is a form of psychotherapy/therapy that focuses on improving the relationship between two serious partners before and/or during marriage. Martial/Couples therapy is collaborative process between therapist and couple where the therapist guides the couple gain a deeper understanding of their relationship’s dynamic, and identify and implementing strategies to promote a healthy relationship. With effort, vulnerability, and commitment from our clients, our therapist(s) support couples through a cultural sensitive and an eclectic approach of techniques and strategies from Gottman, emotionally focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
